When we get out into nature we have the ability to be in tune with the Universal mind. The sounds of nature can help us to open up our whole brain for optimal manifesting. We must practice training and properly directing our minds and there is no better place to do this than in the forest.
If you are ever in the Atlanta Georgia area, a great magical forest to go and meditate in, is Cochran Mills Park. This is over 800 acres of mystical streams, waterfalls, and trails to explore. They also have a really cool nature center that my kids love.
"The possibilities of thought training are infinite, its consequences eternal, and yet few take the pains to direct their thinking into channels that will do them good, but instead leave all to chance, or, rather, to the myriad of circumstances that buffet and compel our mental action if counter effort is not made." - Orison Swett Marden
When we go out into nature on these journeys, it is important to take our time as we hike the trails. We have the ability to meditate as we walk just by controlling our thoughts and being aware of what we see. Meditation is focused directed mind in everything we do. Not just sitting in silence. Walk with a still mind and touch the trees as you go. Like a fine instrument our mind can produce wonderful creations when properly in tune.
I recommend packing snacks or a lunch and finding a waterfall or stream to sit next to for at least an hour. Close your eyes and listen to the sound of the falls. Remove your shoes and let the cold water run over your feet. You absolutely must do this. Let the water cleanse any negative energy that you may be carrying. Believe and have faith in positive affirmations as you meditate.
We are whole, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy.
A key. Visualize your desire and assume the feeling as if it were obtained.
The truth is when we exercise our mind with positive right thinking, that is what will manifest in our world. But like all exercise, it must be routinely practiced. So find a place weekly to get out in nature and be great. You are the creator. Please remember that we share the forest, so be like Bigfoot and leave no trace. May the forest be with you always.
If you absolutely can not escape to nature, then you can play this video of the falls in the background of your home or office. Use it to meditate if you wish.
